I had a large tree in my front yard that had full leaves last spring and died suddenly, with several branches breaking off. Luis quickly evaluated the situation and gave a fair estimate. We scheduled a time for him to remove the tree and he showed up on time and removed the tree that afternoon. He cut the logs into fireplace size and created a wood pile for us. Luis was both courteous and professional. Sad the tree had to be removed but grateful for Jim & I Services taking great care of us!

Efficient & Excellent
As spring rolled around, I was in need of help laying fresh dirt on my lawn, mulch in my flower beds, and trimming of dead growth from the winter. Jim & I Services were incredibly efficient and knocked out the job in quick order. Initially, Luis asked a lot of questions about the job at hand making sure he would be accomplishing it exactly as I desired. I reached out to Jim & I Services to assess some wood rot issues on my patio roof. Upon inspection, Luis not only pinpointed the source of the leak caused by improper grading but also uncovered a significant hole and rotted wood on my chimney! Within the following week, Luis and his team swiftly replaced the roof, repaired and repainted the damaged wood, added a water barrier to prevent further leaks and a diverter to keep water off the chimney base. Their efficiency, professionalism, and exceptional workmanship left me thoroughly impressed. I wouldn’t hesitate to enlist Jim & I Services for any future projects.

For 10 years Mr. Noriega has been my home roof inspector at two homes that l have owned since 2014. He has done inspections on the spot and in person, providing hands on inspections which are the most helpful in finding damage were photos can miss. He always gave me a precise evaluation of the damage and the repair required, which saved me time and money. I also used Jim & I Services for landscaping in my new home. Luis and his crew removed weeds and seeded my yard and did a great job, outstanding. They earned every penny l paid for their service. It took the yard 2 and 1/2 weeks to start looking good. I had a very big tree limb partially knocked down by a storm and threatening our brand new fence, and did not notice it until late in the day. Luis was at my house first thing the next day and had the entire limb down, chopped, and ready to be hauled off in a flash, and he saved our fence!
